HOW WE WORK

DESIGN TIMELINE | Lifecycle of each project

01

DISCOVERY

Every project begins with an initial meeting discussing the scope of work, determining the goals and needs for the project, establishing a timeline and assessing the preliminary budgetary cost estimate.

02

CONCEPT &

 DETAILING

In response to the client's needs, a concept scheme is presented wherein we showcase our interpretation of the space. We produce mood boards and pegs to determine the atmosphere with a draft of the project milestone and cost plan. Upon contract signing, all elements are put together for the detailing. The most technical stage, every element is designed and specified for the client to sign-off.

03

PROCUREMENT &

MANAGEMENT

Upon finalizing the detailed design and budgetary cost estimate, we set out to partner with a reputable contractor, to deliver the task at hand. All furniture, fixtures and equipment will be facilitated through us to ensure the process from price query, negotiation, delivery and quality management is managed to a tee. Progress of the project is monitored on site on a regular basis. Any issues arising in the course of the project are resolved in order to maintain quality and time-sensitive deadlines.

04

STYLING &

TURNOVER

With construction and finishing completed, we arrange for a full site cleaning and finalize our punch listing. To create the finished look, we position the furniture and furnishings that include the personal items of the client to give each space a personal stamp.
